Special Event: Meet the Textile Artist - Margaret Fairhead
We're very pleased to announce a ‘Meet the
Artist' session with renowned textile artist, Margaret Fairhead RBSA, this
Saturday, 3rd March at 2pm. (Just after our monthly sit and stitch session at
the Library of Birmingham).
Margaret
currently has a solo exhibition at the RBSA and has kindly agreed to be there
on Saturday to chat to us about her work and her pieces which are currently on display in the
Cafe Wall exhibition space.
We're
very fortunate to have Margaret as the guest speaker for our June meeting and
she will also be leading our dayschool in October. This is a lovely
advance opportunity to see her work in a gallery setting.
