February 12th meeting
Our meeting on Monday promises to be just the thing for a chilly February as we welcome Sarah Hunt who is sharing her year-long adventure travelling around South and Central America. Sarah has a particular interest in the traditional textiles of each region she visited and will be bringing with her an inspiring range of the local textiles and tools.
Staying with the bright and colourful theme, our raffle this month is Orange. Do bring what you can find to add to the beautiful hand-crafted prizewinners' bags and don't forget to buy your raffle tickets before the meeting starts.
Heather will be having a one-off sale of stitching goodies (and embellisher!) to raise money for her new home so do check out her stall to see if there is anything you would like.
