Summer Party and July at the Library

Hi Everyone

It's our end of year party on Monday 8th July and we have plenty to entertain and amuse. 

Our speaker is Ruth Lowe and her topic is Mary Quant. To match the 1960s theme there will be 60s-themed party nibbles and soft drinks, and if you love to dress up, please come in any 1960s party outfits you can get your hands on. 

The raffle colour is pink. All pink donations are very welcome.

Just a reminder: the summer competition is 'Faded Beauty' and judging will take place on Monday. 

If you're a regular at the library you will know that, as it's the first Saturday of the month  tomorrow, we will be in the Library of Birmingham Cafe from 11-2. If you would like to come for the first time and have a chat and a sew, you are more than welcome.
