September meeting - 10th September
Hi everyone,
Our 2018/19 programme starts next Monday at 7 for 7.30 and it will be lovely to see everyone again after the summer break. New members are especially welcome.
In a late change to the programme we are delighted to welcome Angie Attwood who will be speaking about her life in stitch and updating us with news of her current activities. Angie's TV role as presenter on the Sewing Quarter channel is sure to be a fascinating part of her talk. Let's hope there will also be a chance to purchase one of her stunning kits.
Our scheduled speaker, Kate Ryan, has had to postpone her session but we are hoping she can join us later in the year.
Just a reminder for you to bring your cheque books as membership fees are now due: £49.00 if paid on the Early Bird offer and £52.00 after 1st October. Fees can also be paid by bank transfer or by post to Anne but to qualify for the early bird offer, ensure you've paid before the middle of September.
The raffle bag colour for September is purple.Please bring any purple items you would like to contribute and don't forget to buy a ticket.
