May Branch Meeting - Travelling Books
At this Monday's branch meeting (May 11th) we will be starting our Travelling Books Project, which you may have seen this discussed in previous issues of Contact magazine. The project involves members having their own book, and working in groups to create a small piece of embroidery each month in each book in turn, leading to a fabulous range of embroidery which the book's owner gets to keep at the end.
The Branch will supply the books for members to work in, and we would love for as many members as possible to take part in this fun project.
If you haven't already sorted your proxy vote for The Guild Constitutional Change Clare will be there and is happy to take proxy votes along to the EGM for you.
If you want to know more follow this link https://www.embroiderersguild you will need your membership number on your membership card and your password.
If you're new to the Guild, visitors are welcome, and the first session is free, with a charge of £4 thereafter. Please see here for details of where we meet. See you there!
