CoCoMAD 2014 – 5th July

"The small but perfectly formed festival in Cotteridge Park"

Lets have fun in the park:

At CocoMad we will be encouraging people of all ages both new or back to stitch so on the day we will have activities including Binca,  felt flower and cross stitch.  

Some members have put their name on a rota and we are hoping that many more members, old and new, will come along on the day to help with the stall and with stitching with visitors. We will all be joining in the fun and have chance to look around so please pop along at anytime if you are not on the rota. 

There is lots more to see follow the link to see more details of CocoMad . It is also Library day but there will be plenty of time to come along afterwards.

We have lots of lovely items donated by members for sale and for raffle prizes but will be happy to have many more to make a great display and to showcase members work whilst raising money for out branch.  

If you have items to donate for sale please bring them along on the day.

A quick reminder of what we would like from you:

• We are going to have a bit of a Christmas element to some of the things we are selling so we are asking members to make a Christmas card or Christmas Coasters/decorations.   We are not asking for non Christmas cards  as we have quite a few left from last time.
• We also welcome individual small items to sell, perhaps a framed picture, even better if it on the event theme  Festival of the Forest but not essential. You can donate the leaf from May's meeting which fits in nicely with the  theme.
